# Headhuntly

> Australian executive search firm that headhunts AI-native leaders: Chief AI Officers, AI-enabled C-suite executives and senior AI-execution experts, plus the marketing, digital, technology and C-suite leadership roles we've always placed. Exclusive search (one client, one role). Fee is 15% of the placed candidate's base salary plus superannuation, payable on signed employment contract, plus an engagement fee paid upfront (explained on the first call). Re-hunt at no charge if the placement doesn't work out during probation. Searches typically take 3 to 6 weeks. Predominantly Australia, with candidates sourced overseas when the right person is there.

Track record: 50+ senior roles placed over the last five years. 14 of 29 clients have come back to hire again. Median base salary of placed leaders: $150K.
